The room was clean and spacious, which was a relief. Breakfast options were pretty limited, especially for dietary needs. The kids loved the pool area and the slide. Staff were friendly and helpful during our stay. It was tough to find a parking spot at peak times.

Rooms are clean, spacious, and very quiet. The breakfast has a lot of tasty options and plenty of tables for everyone.
It wasn't cheap, but for the quality, it's still acceptable.

Newly renovated and with friendly staff, the room was spacious and the bed incredibly comfy, perfect for my dogs as it was just one floor up from outside. Breakfast? Disappointingly limited—just a sad selection of waffles, cold eggs, and sparse cereal options. The pool needed cleaning, and I had a hiccup with a persistent smoke alarm despite multiple attempts to fix it. The location is convenient, with empty fields nearby, but the breakfast situation really needs a major overhaul for a better experience. Would I return? Possibly, but a solid breakfast would go a long way.

From the moment I checked in, I felt welcomed by the friendly staff. The super comfy bed made for a blissful night's sleep, and the heated indoor pool was the perfect way to unwind. Plus, the location made exploring the area a breeze, and I can't stop smiling thinking about my stay!

We had a miserable stay! The hallway was a mess with trash everywhere, and there was something sticky on the floor. I felt grossed out, especially when my kid got a rash from the pool. Just not okay!

I had a fantastic time walking from the hotel to downtown Rapid City, which is just over three kilometers away, where I explored lovely shops and local landmarks; it was also incredibly convenient to visit the Rushmore Plaza Civic Center, less than three kilometers away, and the Rushmore Mall, which is only about 600 meters from my room, allowing for some quick shopping in between park strolls. A few nice restaurants, like Denny’s and Outback Steakhouse, are just a few minutes away, making meal times easy and pleasant. The hotel itself was newly renovated and clean with spacious rooms, but the breakfast could use more variety.

The room felt freshly renovated and was nicely modern. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with an ample selection of pillows. Temperature control worked perfectly. It was also quiet, except for a bit of noise from the adjoining room. Spacious seating at breakfast was appreciated, though the options were limited and quite basic. Surprisingly, I loved the blankets used on the bed—I need some for home! The staff was friendly, and late check-in was smooth.

The hotel has strong points. The room with two King beds is a rarity, and the pool kept the grandkids entertained every night. Location is ideal—convenient to sightseeing. Staff was friendly and accommodating, and the jacuuzi tub was a welcome relief after long days. there are notable drawbacks. The breakfast was limited and fairly average. The carpet in our room was dated and marred by stains. Despite requests, cleanliness fell short; the bathroom counter wasn’t properly attended to. A few improvements are necessary, but the hotel has potential.

We hopped on that trolley and hit up the gardens and the kiddie park - so lit! Then we splurged on sick new threads at the mall. The Old West town vibe was so groovy, and the narrated trolley tour was HYPE!
Yo, we wished there was a cooler spot for late-night party vibes, like a rooftop bar or a trendy club nearby for us party animals! .

The shower was excellent, providing a relaxing experience after a long day of exploring the area. We also appreciated the freshly baked cookies in the late afternoon, a nice touch that added to our overall enjoyment. One of the highlights for us was the helpful and attentive staff. Cheryl, the manager, quickly resolved a reservation issue we encountered, and the front desk staff were always on hand to cater to our needs, making us feel welcomed and valued. there were a few areas that could be improved. We found the breakfast offerings to be lacking variety, with limited options such as tiny apples for fruit and only white and wheat bread in the pastry case. It would have been nice to have a wider selection including muffins, bagels, and danish pastries for a more satisfying breakfast experience. the pool area could use some attention. We noticed an excess of bleach in the pool on our last night, which was a bit off-putting. The size of the pool was also smaller than expected, especially considering it had a slide, making it difficult to enjoy a proper swim without feeling crowded. our stay at Country had its ups and downs, but the comfortable room and excellent service from the staff left a positive impression on us.

Got to see the faces of those ex-presidents carved in a rock! Drove to Black Hills and Jewel Cave for some nature vibes. Chilled in the suite with TV fun. Kids had a blast in the water park. Visited Mount Rushmore - epic! Explored 100+ shops & eateries.
Oh, superb! The grand rock faces had a little company of noisy partiers until midnight.

The pool and slide were a huge hit for the kids, and the beds were comfortable. We particularly liked the quick and friendly response from the front desk. I felt the room was clean and in good repair. The location was convenient for our needs. Overall I'll recommend this hotel.

Getting to ride the trolley around Rapid City and stopping at the charming William's Garden and Storybook Island was a delightful family experience. The engaging trolley guide made it an enjoyable outing for everyone!
My wife says that better playground facilities would enhance our family stay.

Great central location for exploring Black Hills and Custer State Park, spacious suite, comfortable king size bed, helpful amenities like microwave and fridge, excellent shower, daily housekeeping.

Xmas at this hotel was cozy and enjoyable. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were clean, providing a relaxing stay. Located close to shopping, restaurants, and movies, it offered convenience. I appreciated the updated gym facilities, free cookies at the front desk, and the nearby Mexican restaurant for a savory meal.
Despite the pleasant stay, a few drawbacks were notable. The sofa bed had uncomfortable springs, and the pillows were subpar.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially when it came to finding a late-night pizza delivery. The room was spacious and the two king beds were super comfortable. The location was excellent, with plenty of nearby restaurants, shops, and gas stations. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the hot breakfast options. a great experience.

De ligging van het hotel is perfect, op loopafstand van de winkels maar toch rustig gelegen. Parkeren was natuurlijk geen probleem.

we stayed at country inn and had a great experience! the staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were nicely appointed, and we enjoyed the big TV screen in the room, great breakfast, and gas fire pit outside. the manager was attentive and resolved issues professionally. it was a comfortable hotel close to the airport, ideal for an overnight stay before continuing to the black hills in the morning.
